Thank you for shopping with Tech Zone Electronix. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • You provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Opened or used earbuds and earphones (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage

  • Items with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return if it meets the conditions in this policy.
